Connect Smart BasketballUpdated 20 days ago
From the Shoot Now section of the Spalding TF DNA Basketball app, you'll have the option to select Shootaround, Freethrow, Casual Mode, or 3-Pointers mode.
Once you've made your selection, make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. To connect the basketball, hold it with both hands with the logo facing you, then toss it 8 to 10 feet into the air with as much backspin as possible to wake up the sensor. When the ball appears in the app, tap it to connect. It may take a few tosses before it registers.
Once connected, you'll hear an audio cue, followed by a whistle and a screen showing all the available data points for each shot. From this point, you're able to take a shot and receive real-time feedback on every shot you take!
If you are still having trouble connecting the ball, no worries. Just reach out to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help.
