Can one ball be used with multiple accounts?Updated 12 days ago
Yes, you can use one ball with two accounts and memberships.
The subscription is tied to the user account, not the ball. This means any Spalding TF DNA ball can be connected to and used with any Spalding TF DNA app account.
How Data Is Saved
Before each shooting session, the ball connects to the app account currently being used. All session data and statistics are saved under the connected account for that session.
If two users share a single ball while using a single account, all shooting data will be combined into that account. Individual statistics cannot be separated within a shared account.
Important Notes
- One ball can be used with two accounts and memberships.
- Balls can be switched freely and used with any account.
- Subscriptions are tied to the user account, not the ball.
- If both users want to track their statistics separately, each user must have:
- Their own account
- Their own membership
- A unique email address associated with their account
Example Scenario
- User A connects the ball to Account A → stats save to Account A.
- User B later connects the same ball to Account B → stats save to Account B.
The ball does not permanently store account ownership. Data is saved to the account connected during the active session.
