After activation, log in to the Spalding TF DNA app using the same email address you entered after scanning the QR code. This email is linked to your membership and you should first login with it. After you have logged in you can change the email from the profile or set a password here: https://siqbasketball.com/pages/reset-password 

Using a different email will prevent access to your active membership.

Accessing Your Membership on a New Phone

If your membership is active but you cannot log in on a different phone, you can set a password and then log in to the new phone with the password.

You can set a password here using the email you used after scanning the QR code:

How to Change Your Email Address in the App

You can also update the email address associated with your membership, follow these steps:

1. Download the Spalding TF DNA App and log in.

2. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom right corner.

3. Select Account.

4. Tap Email address.

5. Enter and confirm your new email address.

How Membership Activation Works

Spalding TF DNA memberships are activated using a physical activation card.

1. Scratch the card to reveal the QR code.

2. Scan the QR code using your phone camera. (If you can’t scan the code, enter the codes (including the PIN under the scratch area.) on this page: https://spalding.tf-dna.app/giftcard-help.) 

3. Log in with the email address you will use in the future to log in to the app

4. You will be directed to the Spalding TF DNA membership checkout page.

5. Enter the following information:

   • Email address

   • Full name

   • Address

   • Credit card details

During checkout, the 12 month membership fee is automatically set to zero. You will be required to enter a credit card number to complete the checkout process, but you will not be charged until your membership renews.  (You can cancel your membership any time prior to renewal.)
